I just tried the XBMC for Mac from XBMC.org, and the Weather info is translated there (I copy my ~/Library/Application Support/Plex to ~/Library/Application Support/XBMC to get pretty much the same configuration). So has something messed up in Plex with the recognition of the "cloudy", "partly", etc. words, leading to their non-translation ?
